2025/0731/FUL Conversion of existing detached workshop to habitable space, to be used by elderly relative already living at the property at 1 Square House Lane, Banks. Proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
2025/0765/OUT Outline application: Planning permission for 7 No. commercial units for use as offices, light industry and warehousing with internal service road and 46 No. car parking spaces (some matters reserved) at Littler Machinery Ltd, Prescott Road, East Pimbo.
2025/0780/FUL First floor extension to existing garage and link to create additional living space at Newstead, Stoney Lane, Parbold. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2025/0789/FUL Alterations to front boundary walls including replacement coping stones, pier caps, railings gates and the introduction of a new pedestrian gate access at 16 Granville Park, Aughton. The application affects a Conservation Area.
