What is planned?

The following applications have been received by the City of York Council

Planning (Listed Buildings And Conservation Areas) Act And Regulations 1990

25/01668/FUL: for single storey rear extension, enlarged rear dormer and alterations to rear boundary wall at: 13 The Avenue, Clifton.

25/01717/FUL: for single storey front and rear extensions at: 3 Church Close, Wheldrake.

25/01680/FUL: for single storey rear extension and first floor side extension with rear dormer at: 10 Church Lane, Strensall.

25/01708/FUL: for single storey side extension at: 2 Holly Bank, Hodgson Lane, Upper Poppleton.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of these household applications, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

25/01688/FUL: for change of use of Flat 7 from residential (use class C3) to occasional commercial storage use (class B8) at: Flat 7, 23 Stonegate.

25/01544/LBC: for external works to including the redecoration of the building, display of 1no. amenity board, 1no. board with poster case, 1no. hanging sign, 2no. lanterns, 7no. floodlights and 2no. handwritten signs at: 48 Gillygate.

25/01688/LBC: for external alterations to include display of 1no. externally illuminated hanging sign to front, 1no. chalk board and 1no. menu case at: 129 Micklegate.

Notice under Article 15 (4) of application for planning permission.
