Notice under Article 15 – Major application for planning permission accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Proposal: Hybrid planning application for a phased development comprising:

  1. the demolition of existing buildings and structures within the site and site preparatory works;

  2. detailed planning permission for the erection of 97 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated means of access, parking, landscaping and associated infrastructure works;

  3. outline planning permission with all matters reserved for mixed use development comprising the erection of up to 903 dwellings and up to 7,000sqm of retail and community uses (Use Classes E and F2), a new public park, other hard and soft landscaping, car and cycle parking and other associated infrastructure and engineering works
