Folkestone and Hythe, Multiple Planning Applications

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/1332/FH - LAND OPPOSITE SENE VALLEY GOLF COURSE, BLACKHOUSE HILL, HYTHE - Change of use to a natural burial ground for people and pets with hearse track, car parking for 16 cars, a compostable toilet and small shed for tools.

25/1644/FH - Flat 2, 13 Grimston Avenue, Folkestone, CT20 2QE     Erection of a single storey rear extension following the removal of the existing rear extension.

25/1648/FH - Plots D & E Phoenix Court, Howey Road, Mountfield Industrial Estate, New Romney, TN28 8GT - Erection of 9 general industrial units with associated parking and access road.

25/1687/FH - 7 MARINE PARADE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PX - Partial change of use from hotel to residential dwelling

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
