Proposal: Demolish Single Storey Buildings and Erect Single Storey and Two Storey Extensions, Convert and Reconfigure Existing Buildings to Provide Flexible Class E (Commercial, Business and Service) and Class F1(a) (Provision of Education) Rentable Space
Location: Canal Road Industrial Complex, Canal Road, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

Reason for Advert: The application site is within a conservation area and within the setting of a listed building and the application seeks consent for demolition within the Conservation Area.
