Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been submitted to the Council. The Codes are as follows: ASLCO Affecting Setting of Listed Building in Cons Area, CONLB Conservation Area and Listed Building, DEP Departure from Development Plan.
M/25/01391/FUL Malvern CP ASLCO Single storey extension to ground floor flat and new external staircase to serve first floor flats following removal of existing Flat 6 Abbotsfield, 14 Abbey Road, Malvern.
M/25/01385/LB Upton-upon-Severn CP CONLB Internal refurbishment including removal of walls to open up bar area, new joinery, new floor finishes and a toilet fit-out. New festoon lighting. The Kings Head, 2 High Street, Upton Upon Severn.
Town and Country Planning (Consultation) England Direction 2009. Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 2015 - Article 15.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
