Proposed development at Land at Junction of Caister Bypass and Yarmouth Road.
Take notice that application is being made by FPC Income & Growth PLC for planning permission to Roadside Service Area (RSA), including a Pet-rol Filling Station (PFS) comprising of a forecourt sales building, canopy and underground storage tanks, a jet wash, EV charging hub, drive-thru coffee shop (Class E) and a new Class E/Sui Generis drive-thru restaurant alongside associated works, including car parking and landscaping. Application submitted to Great Yarmouth Borough Council, Hall Plain, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF. Any owner of the land or tenant who wish-es to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of this notice.
