PUBLIC PATH CREATION AGREEMENT 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 9th September 2025 an agreement was made under Section 25 of the Highways Act 1980 between Norfolk County Council and the Environment Agency, the effect of which is to create a public footpath in the town of King’s Lynn.
A public footpath in the borough of King’s Lynn starting from a point on King’s Lynn Footpath No. 17 at grid reference TF 61387 19704 and running in an east north-east direction for approximately 52 metres to a set of steps at grid reference TF 61438 19716. The footpath continues up these steps for 10 metres to grid reference TF 61448 19718 where it turns to run in a generally south direction, following the bank of the River Great Ouse, for approximately 1095 metres to grid reference TF 61206 18679 where it turns to run in a south west direction for approximately 70 metres to join Clenchwarton Road (C39) at grid reference TF 61136 18653. The width of the footpath is 1.2 metres. Limitations and Conditions: A pedestrian gate is located at grid reference TF 61143 18658.
