HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL: NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 – TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE ORDER 2015)
Proposed planning application for the Construction of a satellite facility for pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), along with soft and hard landscaping, car and minibus parking and a new access road from Norris Way (involving diversion of the existing public footpath) at Land west of Bishop Way and East of the A10, Buntingford, Herts, SG9 9SL (PL/0499/25).
All submitted application documents are available to view online at www.hertfordshire.gov.uk/planning. Comments can be submitted through our website, or alternatively you can post them to Spatial Planning Unit, CHN216, Hertfordshire County Council, Six Hills Way, Stevenage, Herts, SG1 2ST, not later than 23 October 2025.
