NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

FUL/000741/25 – Change of use of The Druid Inn Restaurant at Pontblyddyn (Use Class A3) to a medical clinic (Use Class D1) at Druid Inn, Pontblyddyn, Mold. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

FUL/000747/25 – Conversion of disused Chapel and School House to create 9 flats at Caergwrle Chapel & School Room, High Street, Caergwrle. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).
