Written representations should be made within three weeks of the date of this advertisement to the 
Director of Planning, PO Box 734, Winchester SO23 5DG. Any comments made are open to 
inspection by the public and in the event of an appeal may be referred to the Secretary of State for 
Communities and Local Government. Confidential comments cannot be taken into account in 
determining an application.
