What is planned?
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (GENERAL PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED)
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF A DIRECTION UNDER ARTICLE 4(1) TO WHICH PART 2 OF SCHEDULE 3 APPLIES by RUSHCLIFFE BOROUGH COUNCIL In respect of revoking the permitted development right for demolition under Schedule 2, Part 11 Class B of the 2015 Order, for buildings and structures at Grafton And Welbeck House 67-69 Loughborough Road, and 2A Patrick Road West Bridgford Nottinghamshire NG2 7LA and NG2 7JY.
At its Cabinet Meeting of 9th September 2025 the Council determined to Confirm the Article 4 direction, with that decision taking effect 7 working days later on Friday 19th September 2025 at which point the direction was confirmed.
