The following applications, to carry out development or works at the property listed, have been received by the Council.

Information available to view includes the public consultation date by which all comments should be received. 

For tree applications, any comments should be received in writing within 14 days of the date of this newspaper. 

Please note that all letters of representation are public documents and that once determined all correspondence relating to an application may be published on the internet. If this is of concern, please advise us in writing when you make your representation. 

In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations you choose to make about this application will be forwarded by us to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
