What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

25/1227/HSE/KM: 14 Cage Pond Road, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BZ. Replacement of front fence, wall and gate (Retrospective). Reason: Conservation Area.

25/1219/VOC/WC: 7 Pound Lane, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9BU. Variation of conditions 3 (window at first floor level), 5 (samples of materials), 6 (details of materials for hard surfaced areas), 7 (approved plans and drawings), 9 (details of provision for storage and recycling of refuse) and 10 (Arboricultural Method Statement) to allow for design changes to include habitable loft space with 2x rear dormers and 2x front roof lights, 2x new obscured side windows at loft level, changes to fenestration at the rear at ground and first floor levels, and relocation of parking provision to front boundary; and rewording of conditions 5, 6, 9 and 10 as per approved details under 25/0254/DOC, following grant of planning permission 21/1881/FUL. Reason: Conservation Area.

25/1268/FUL/LP: Former Quickco, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2AX. Erection of a warehouse (Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8) including access and servicing arrangements, car parking, landscaping, and associated works. Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at

www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
