25/40960/OUT - Land Off Green Road Weston - The erection of 150 residential dwellings, with associated infrastructure works, including access (vehicular, pedestrian and cycle), drainage, public open space and landscape. The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated

25/40890/FUL - Bromstead Hill Farm Church Eaton Road Bromstead - Erection of a calf rearing shed, the portal framed shed will have 2.3m high pre-stressed concrete panels around 4 sides and clad with Yorkshire boarding from 1.2m above floor level to the underside of the roof, the roof will be powdercoated single skin metal sheet . The shed will measure 69.03 x 21.50m.

The proposed developments are classed as major developments and accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 15 October 2025. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 15 October 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
