A/25/099545/FULL Breakey & Co 2 High Street Standish Wigan. Change of use from E(c)(ii) Estate Agency offices, to a bar. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
