Veolia ES (UK) Ltd – application to not comply with (to vary) Condition 1 (Definition of Consent), Condition 4 (Site Layout), Condition 5 (Access), Condition 12 (Parking), Condition 18 (Surface Water Drainage) and Condition 19 (Surface Water Drainage) of permission SCC/21/0013/FULL to remove the second vehicle access and revise the site layout and parking arrangements at Veolia Environmental Services Limited, 1 Station Road, Four Ashes, WV10 7DG.
