DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDERS

Stratton Audley Footpath Nos. 8b (parts) & 8c (part),
Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025
The Order made on 1 September 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as shown on the Order map:
Stratton Audley FP8b running from OS Grid Ref SP 6302 2792 south-eastwards for 95m to SP 6311 2789 and north-eastwards for 46m to SP 6314 2792 and from SP 6311 2789 south-south-eastwards for 81m to SP 6316 2783 to a new line running from SP 6302 2792 south-eastwards for 97m to SP 6311 2788 north-eastwards for 7m to SP 6312 2788, continuing north-eastwards for 13m to SP 6313 2789 and eastwards for 23m to SP 6315 2790;
Stratton Audley FP8c running from OS Grid Ref SP 6313 2805 southwards via SP 6314 2792 and SP 6316 2783 both 288m to SP 6317 2777 to a new line running from SP 6313 2805 south-south-eastwards for 140m to SP 6315 2791 south-south-westwards for 17m to SP 6315 2790 and south-south-eastwards for 131m to SP 6317 2777.

Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025
The Order made on 10 September 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as shown on the Order map:
Little Tew FP10 running from OS Grid Ref SP 3574 3055 east-north-eastwards for 57m to SP 3580 3057, south-south-eastwards for 47m to SP 3582 3053 and east-north-eastwards for 68m to SP 3586 3056 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 3574 3055 north-north-eastwards for 21m to SP 3575 3057, east-north-eastwards for 107m to SP 3585 3061 and south-eastwards for 75m to SP 3589 3056.
Any representations about or objections to either of the above Orders may be sent in writing to Countryside Access Legal, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND or countrysidedaccesslegal@oxfordshire.gov.uk no later than 17 October 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Orders as unopposed Orders. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND
DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER

Rollright Footpath No. 11 (part),
Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2025
On 1 September 2025, the Oxfordshire County Council confirmed the above Order under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by diverting, as shown on the Order map:
Rollright FP11 running from OS Grid Ref SP 3225 3207 north-north-westwards for 562m to SP 3213 3262 and north-north-eastwards for 105m to SP 3217 3272 to a new line running from OS Grid Ref SP 3225 3207 north-north-westwards for approximately 484m via SP 3223 3231 and SP 3222 3232 to SP 3223 3245, and north-westwards for 269m to SP 3217 3272.
The Order came into force on the date of confirmation but if any person aggrieved by an Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 (the Act), as amended, and/or the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (WCA) or on the ground that any requirement of either Act or of any regulation made under them has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act and as applied by s53A(7) WCA, within six weeks from 18 September 2025 make an application to the High Court.
