What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10 APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION 

Proposed development at: Land at, and adjacent to, the Former Ferodo Site, Caernarfon Road, Caernarfon, Gwynedd. 

Take notice that an outline planning application is being made by Gwelyfenai Limited for planning permission for the 'Demolition of existing buildings/structures, re-grading of land and erection of Class B8 data center building(s) with all associated back-up generators, plant, equipment, substation(s), accesses, parking and servicing areas, drainage and engineering works including services diversion/connection'. 

The application is being submitted to Gwynedd Council, Planning Service, Council Offices, Ffordd y Cob, Pwllheli, LL53 5AA. 

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Gwynedd Council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
