As required by N.M.& D. D.C. under Pre-application CommunityConsultation Guidance a public event to provide information to the local community in relation to the above project shall take place on:
Thursday 2nd of October 2025 at the Garden Lounge room of Killeavy Castle Hotel 12 Ballintemple Road Killeavy BT35 8LQ between
17-00 hrs and 20-00 hrs.
The proposal is a planning application for a new function area, forty bedrooms, associated service areas and additional car parking.
