Notice under Regulation 25 concerning Additional Environmental Information
Proposed Development at: Land West of A4135 Draycott, Cam
Notice is given that: An appeal has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate for planning permission for “Hybrid application for residential development up to 795 dwellings comprising of 226 dwellings of a full application and remaining balance of up to 569 dwellings as an outline planning application, with supporting infrastructure and enabling works including: new vehicular access off the A4135, public open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure.”
The application was originally submitted in August 2021 and was accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Following a request from the Planning Inspectorate, additional information has now been provided in respect of the Environmental Statement. The additional information relates to agricultural land, cultural heritage, ground conditions and climate change.
The appeal reference number is:

The additional information, together with the original application, Environmental Statement, and other documents submitted with the appeal, may be inspected free of charge:
