Change of use from ground floor takeaway restaurant and associated first and second floor two bedroom flat, to 3no. one bed flats. 1 flat on each floor. Elevational changes to front and rear elevations at 8 Church Street, Padiham.  Ref. IC (FUL/2025/0481)

PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO A LISTED BUILDING WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Proposed new extension at rear of restaurant/bar for new beer store, dry store, walk in fridge and freezer and staff facilities. Internal alterations to bar area to reconfigure bar, seating and kitchen and relocation of log burner stove and flue at Finsley Gate Wharf, Finsley Gate, Burnley. Ref. IC (FUL/2025/0498 and LBC/2025/0499)

PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO A LISTED BUILDING WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA

Removal of existing cement-based render finish to the rear and side elevations and replacement with a more appropriate lime-based render. No changes are proposed to the underlying structure or detailing of the building at 106 Westgate, Burnley. Ref. IC (LBC/2025/0473)
