A/25/099548/FULL Mr Rigbys Leisuretime, 48 Bradshawgate, Leigh WN7 4LA.
New shopfront to front with perforated security shutters.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
