What is planned?
Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.
North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.

Proposal: Householder permission for a 2 storey extension for Mr Tony Coulson

Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: ZA25/27141/FUL
Proposal: Full planning permission for erection of agricultural building and covered feed passage for M & LJ Through
Location: Greenbank Farm Keighley Road Low Bradley BD20 9HB
Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: ZA25/27020/HH
Proposal: Householder permission for conversion of integral garage to office/living space and separate utility room for Mrs Aie-Lee Tillotson
Location: 5 Greenroyd Court Sutton In Craven BD20 7NY
Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: ZA25/27253/FUL
Proposal: Full planning permission for alterations to surgery building including installation of new window and door openings and formation of external steps and railings for Dyneley House Surgery
Location: Dyneley House Surgery Newmarket Street Skipton BD23 2HZ
Reason: Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 9th October 2025.
