The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use from residential (use class C3) to beauty salon (use class E) with associated alterations at 26, Westgate, Honley, Holmfirth. 
Application Nos. 2025/92346 & 2025/92347.
The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

2. Variation of condition 2 (plans) on previous permission 2020/93954 for erection of 42 dwellings and associated works at Land at Lingards Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92338.
The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

3. Temporary use of vacant land as TRU staff car park and associated works at Land off, Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield. 
Application No. 2025/92438.
The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

4. Erection of single storey rear extension, Juliet balcony to rear, loft conversion with alterations to roof, rear dormer extensions and alterations to fenestration at 111, Trinity Street, Huddersfield. 
Application No. 2025/91813.

5. Installation of 16 surface mounted solar panels at So Dough Pizzeria, 54-56, Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/92350.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent

6. Discharge of details reserved by conditions 14 (blinds), 15 (flooring), 17 (market stalls), 19 (partition wall/glazed screen) on previous permission 2024/90270 for Listed Building Consent for demolition, alteration, refurbishment and extension to create library, food hall and public realm (part within a Conservation Area) at Queensgate Market, Princess Alexandra Walk, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92476.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development and affect a public right of way

7. Variation of condition 1 (plans) on previous permission 2024/93328 for Variation of condition 1 (plans) on previous permission 2021/92788 for variation condition 7 (plans) on previous permission 2009/92557 for reserved matters application for residential development for 30 dwellings with associated parking pursuant to outline permission 2007/92595 at Royd Edge Dyeworks, Holmfirth Road, Meltham, Holmfirth (Footpath No. MEL/65/10). Application No. 2025/91772.

8. Variation of condition 2 (plans) on previous permission 2020/93954 for erection of 42 dwellings and associated works at Land at Lingards Road, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield (Footpath Nos. COL/177/10 & COL/133/10). Application No. 2025/92338.

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development

9. Temporary use of vacant land as TRU staff car park and associated works (within a Conservation Area) at Land off, Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92438.
