The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

25F/2374 & 25L/2376- Sudley House Art Gallery Mossley Hill Road (18) Applicant Daniel Diaconu (National Museums Liverpool) To repair and replace existing sash windows.

24F/2084- Land Rear Of Childwall Hebrew 
Congregation Synagogue Dunbabin Road (15) Applicant J P Singleton (McGoff Group Properties Ltd) To erect a part two part three storey residential care nursing home (65 beds) with associated access road, car parking spaces, bin, cycle and condenser/air source heat pump stores, hard and soft landscaping and substation following the demolition of the existing social hall (amended plans and description of proposal)

25H/2329 - 21 Fieldway (15) Applicant Mr Spinks. To erect a single storey rear extension and remove external door to side following demolition of existing rear extension.

25F/2117 - 9 West Derby Village (12) Applicant Mr Steve Collet (Stonegate Group). To continue to use unused bowling green as beer garden with installation of outdoor furniture.

25F/2256 & 25L/2258 - 51 Canning Street (8) Applicant Mr Lewis Laycock (Springbank Group) To convert property into 5no. apartments, to demolish existing garden wall and erect bin store wall and gate at rear, with associated internal and external alterations including landscaping at rear, new access stairs and door to basement from rear yard, secondary glazing and insulation throughout.

25L/2331- 7 South Road (19) Applicant Dr Andrew Selby. To erect replacement outbuilding/potting shed and rebuild part of boundary wall

25F/2205 - Mulberry Court Mulberry Street (7) Applicant Mr Matthew Clough (University of Liverpool) To refurbish 5no. buildings at Mulberry Court so as to create 238 bedspaces (35 studios and 49 cluster flats) with associated change of use to student accommodation (sui generis); to carry out associated internal and external alterations, replacement windows and doors and installation of solar panels.

25H/2359 - 36 Salisbury Road (19) Applicant Mrs Wilson. 

To erect conservatory to rear following demolition of existing conservatory to rear.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 9th October 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
