25/01916/LBC - Installation of internal secondary glazing - 12 Abbey Gardens, Woolhampton. 25/01992/LBC -The Plough Inn, 81 Chapel Street, Thatcham - No amendments to the Listed Building, but amendments to Block 2 (in the curtilage) including minor widening of the building line to change the 2 x 2 bed flats to a pair of 3 bed semi-detached houses, amendments to the roof including two rear dormers, two front roof lights. In addition of minor amendments to the car park, location of bike and bin stores & boundary treatments. The proposed changes make the best use of the land & will provide 2 family sized dwellings, whilst also improving the buildability of the scheme.

25/01973/LBC - Magpie Farm, Yattendon - Proposed replacement windows & patio door, 1st floor internal alterations & covered veranda addition to Magpie Farmhouse. 25/02078/LBC Magpie Farm, Yattendon - Proposed repair to midstray gable & alteration to store area of cart barn to form a loggia & demolition of adjoining workshop.

25/02084/LBC Ryders, The Avenue, Chapel Row - Replacing roof tiles. Replacement of two small dormer windows on a like-for-like basis, matching original scale, detailing, & materials. Incorporation of bat access tiles.

24/02809/FULMAJ - Baxter Healthcare Ltd, Wallingford Road, Compton - Amended plans: Demolition of existing building and erection of 40 x residential units with associated landscaping, parking, drainage, open space and other associated works.

25/01899/FULMAJ - St Gabriels Convent, The Ridge, Cold Ash - Change of use of the former convent & retreat site to educational facility comprising the demolition of the main convent, retreat building, chapel, gatehouse dwelling, ancillary garages & former outbuilding; the construction of a new 2-storey educational building with single storey sports hall & external sports pitches; reconfigured parking; together with drop-off /pick-up & widened access for St Finian’s Catholic Primary School.
