What is planned?
NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 - SECTION 257 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 9 (ILKLEY) (PART) DIVERSION ORDER 2025 - LAND
OFF DENTON ROAD, ILKLEY The above Order was made on 16 September 2025 under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order will be to divert the length of Public Footpath No.9 (llkley) commencing from Denton Road in llkley marked between points A-B-C by a bold black line shown on the Order map ref: 66666/T286_Order Plan annexed to the Order and create an alternative footpath shown by bold black dashes marked between points A-D-C on the Order map.
A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at Customer Services, Ground Floor, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY or examined on the Council's website at https://bradford.moderngov.co.uk/ mgConsultationListDisplay.aspx.
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Director of Legal & Governance, Legal & Democratic Services, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council or by e-mail to objections@bradford.gov.uk to be received no later than 12 noon on 17 October 2025 quoting reference:- CORP/PCD/MW/419252. Please state the grounds on which it is made. Please note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
