NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at The Old Tannery, Exeter Road, Cullompton, EX15 1DT 

Notice is given that Aldi Stores Limited is applying to Mid Devon District Council for full planning permission for construction of new foodstore (Use Class E) together with associated works including parking, access, and landscaping at the Old Tannery, Exeter Road, Cullompton. 

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Mid Devon District Council at the following address: Mid Devon District Council, Planning Department, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of agricultural tenants’ rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants’ security of tenure. This notice is for publication in a local newspaper. ‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
