TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: Robin Hood Cottage, 1 Egmere Road, Walsingham, Norfolk, NR22 6BT

I/we give notice that Mr Christopher Dunne and Mr Hugh Brown intend to apply to North Norfolk District Council for planning permission and listed building consent for:

Rebuilding of boundary wall (structure considered an accessory/curtilage to the Grade II listed 4 Guild Street, former Crown Public House).

Any owner* of the land or building who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Planning Department, North Norfolk District Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN within 21 days of the date of this notice.

"Owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest (the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years) in the land.
