25/01495/PA - TALBOT COTTAGE 78 OLD SCHOOL LANE RYARSH WEST MALLING ME19 5LP – A. Joy is applying for Two-storey side extension & associated internal & external works & rooflight to rear elevation. Reason: CA, HH
