The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/00925/PA - DEVELOPMENT SITE NORTHERN FIELDS Bull Lane Eccles Aylesford - Aylesford Heritage Limited is applying for Outline Application: Residential development for up to 300 dwellings (comprising detached, semi-detached, terraced & apartments), community outdoor sports facility (tennis/padel tennis) & including accesses onto Bull Lane. All matters (layout, appearance, scale, landscaping, materials) reserved for future consideration except for access.

Application supported by an Environmental Statement. Reason: MD, HA, PROW, EIA

25/01419/PA - SHERWOOD LANDSCAPING MAIDSTONE ROAD WROTHAM HEATH - Mr & Mrs Reeves are applying for Demolition of existing buildings & hardstanding and erection of a 4 bedroom detached dwelling with garage (Self build). Reason: PROW

25/01469/PA - Oxen Hoath Oxenhoath Road Hadlow Tonbridge TN11 9SS – Mr Smith is applying for Listed Building Application: Minor additional works to main roof refurbishment including infill of well gutter area, boarding up of two windows, change to falls in parapet gutter & removal of three roof lights. Reason: CA, LB

25/01495/PA - TALBOT COTTAGE 78 OLD SCHOOL LANE RYARSH WEST MALLING ME19 5LP – A. Joy is applying for Two-storey side extension & associated internal & external works & rooflight to rear elevation. Reason: CA, HH

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
