NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Site Of Former Littlebrook Power Station, Rennie Drive, Dartford, Kent, DA1 5PT

I give notice that Amazon UK Services Ltd is applying to the Dartford Borough Council for planning permission under ref no. DA/25/00911/VCON for:

Application under s73 to vary conditions 2, 12, 17, 18, 26 and 29 of planning permission DA/19/01515/FUL (for Redevelopment of site to provide Class B8 (storage and distribution) uses and ancillary B1 uses with associated access, servicing, parking, landscaping, works to flood defence and riverside enhancements) to allow for the installation of associated external structures adjacent to the building to include external secure staging unit, the provision of a pedestrian walkway and re-configuration of part of the car park and associated works in connection with the operation of direct customer deliveries from the site

which is accompanied by an Environmental Statement and falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the application should do so in writing within 30 days of the publication of this notice (plus additional days for bank holidays falling in this period) to the Development Manager at the above address.
