TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Removal of existing pitched roof and erection of flat-top roof extension to provide 1 x 2 bedroom residential flat with external terrace. Alterations to shop and to shopfront along Copperfields including additional door at 14 Hythe Street Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/25/00960/FUL)

2) Provision of a storage container for the operation of the foodbank at Wilmington Community Church Broad Lane Wilmington

which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00974/FUL)

3) Change of use of land for recreational purposes, the erection of a stables building, formation of a paddock and vehicular access onto the B255 at Land Adjacent Orchard House Highcross Road Southfleet

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Planand the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building (Application Reference: DA/25/00988/FUL)

4) Erection of a modular, single-storey decant ward on an existing car park, along with associated landscaping, car park alterations, and all associated works at Darent Valley Hospital Darenth Wood Road Darenth (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00976/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
