The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015

Notice of applications for planning permission under Article 15 of the Order

Applications Affecting Listed Buildings and/or Conservation Areas

All comments must be received within 21 days and will go on public view

PL/25/1191: Land at Meadway Road, Reading: Full planning application for the demolition of existing and construction of employment units for flexible uses within E(g)(iii), and (ii), and B2 and/or B8 of the Use Classes Order (including ancillary office provision) with associated enabling works, access from Meadway Road and Milford Road, parking, and landscaping. Departure from the Development Plan – the following development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

PL/25/1216: 79 Baker Street, Reading, RG1 7XY: New timber framed rear and rear canopy with slate tiles and 8 new solar panels on rear roof slope.

PL/25/1227: 79 Baker Street, Reading, RG1 7XY: New timber framed side and rear canopy with slate tiles and 8 new solar panels.

PL/25/1265: 146 Southampton Street, Reading, RG1 2RT: Refurbishment to bring property back into use as a single family dwelling (C3) including repair and renew existing roof like for like, renew leadwork to parapet and rainwater goods, proposed single storey rear extension with rooflights and solar panels, removal of existing terracing and well at the rear, restoration of existing greenhouse in the rear garden, retention and rebuild of existing projection to the side with a new roof over, proposed first floor extension and roof to match existing. Proposed front and rear dormers. Proposed garden office outbuilding measuring 6m x 3m x 2.5m with flat roof. Landscaping to front garden with new paved driveway area and repairs to existing brick boundary wall.
