What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/1686/FH - Sandbanks, Coast Road, LITTLESTONE, TN28 8RA - Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) of planning permission 21/0747/FH (as amended by 24/1035/FH/NMA) to allow for internal rearrangement of units, erection of a mansard roof, insertion of roof lights, insertion of new doors and windows, reorganisation of cycle parking, and repositioning of bin stores (as set out within the submitted planning statement).

25/1692/FH - 26-30 Sandgate high street, Sandgate, CT20 3AP - Works to interior and exterior (retrospective)

25/1695/FH - 7 MARINE PARADE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1PX - Listed Building Consent for the partial change of use from hotel to dwelling

25/1713/FH - Eton Suite, The Grand, The Leas, Folkestone, CT20 2LR - Listed Building Consent for alterations to internal walls and relocation of boiler to reinstate original external fabric

25/1725/FH - 43 Sandgate Road, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1RZ - Proposed Listed Building Consent for removal and replacement of existing signage.

25/1734/FH - 144 SANDGATE HIGH STREET, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3BZ - Retrospective application for composite cladding to all external walls. Together with reconfigured staircase to front elevation, replacement of window with french doors to lower ground floor, replacement windows to rear elevation, and increase in height of rear flat roof.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
