PLANNING ACTS: NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council's web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

25/10782 FURZEDOWN FARM, HART HILL, HYTHE SO45 3ND - Use of existing barn for business use (Use Class E) at ground floor and formation of new first floor for residential use as a single dwelling; associated external alterations to include new cladding, roofing material and fenestration

The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.

25/10818 AVON VALLEY HOUSE, RINGWOOD ROAD, SOPLEY BH23 7BE - Use of garage as ancillary annexe

25/10821 7 THE FURLONG, RINGWOOD BH24 1AT - Display 1 x non illuminated fascia sign; 1 non illuminated projecting sign (application for Advertisement Consent)

The proposed development would affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. This application is for Listed Building Consent.

25/10823 41-42 ST THOMAS STREET, LYMINGTON SO41 9ND - Works to internal gutter and raise valley gutter to side elevation by 200mm (Application for Listed Building Consent)

Anyone wishing to comment about any of these applications must submit comments online on the Councils website www.newforest.gov.uk/planning or e-mail them to planning@nfdc.gov.uk within three weeks of the date of publication of this notice. Alternatively, you can write to Planning, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, SO43 7PA.

ALL comments received will be published on our website and copied to the Planning Inspectorate in the event of an appeal. We do not accept comments unless you include your name and address. You should only include information that you are happy to be seen by the public and we will return comments that contain inappropriate or offensive material meaning that they will not be taken on board. We will try to ensure that personal telephone numbers, email addresses and signatures will not be viewable on the web. Comments received will be viewable on the web for up to one year after the decision on the application is made. We do not acknowledge comments received.
