Pre-Application Consultation Public Event
Proposal - Proposed Residential Development Site Location - Land to the South of Auchterarder Road, Dunning
A public engagement event is being held for the purposes of community consultation for this possible development proposal.
The in-person consultation event will take place on Wednesday the 1st of October between the hours of 15:00- 19:00 at Lodge St John 174, Muckhart Road, Dunning, PH2 0RW.

You are able to make comment on the proposal directly to the developer at this stage, either at the above event and/ or in writing to Bidwells, Broxden House, Lamberkine Drive, Perth, PH1 1RA or via the above email address. These comments must be submitted no later than the 22nd of October 2025.
Please note that all comments must be sent to the developer to the contact details stated above and NOT to Perth and Kinross Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the council as and when a formal planning application for the proposal is submitted.
