Notice of Pre-Application Consultation Public Event

Keepmoat Homes gives notice of its intention to submit a planning application for the proposed development as follows:

Land at Kinfauns Drive, Glasgow

Residential Led (Potentially Mixed Use) Development with Associated Infrastructure including Access, Roads, Landscaping, Open Space and Utilities

Further information on the proposed development will be viewable at a public drop-in exhibition event to be held at Drumchapel Community Centre, Kinfauns Drive, Glasgow as below:

Comments should be submitted to the prospective applicant at the address above no later than 18 December 2025

Please note: Comments made on these proposals are to the prospective applicant (Keepmoat Homes) and are not formal representations to Glasgow City Council as Planning Authority. If a subsequent planning application is submitted, there will be a further opportunity to make formal representations on the application to Glasgow City Council as Planning Authority during the statutory notification period.
