2025/0603/FUL Retrospective conversion of garden room to habitable space ancillary to main house at Croppers Farm, Croppers Lane, Bickerstaffe. The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
2025/0744/FUL Erection of Class F2 leisure centre (for padel) at Land To The Rear Of Paloma Forrest Nurseries, Ormskirk Road, Bickerstaffe.
2025/0745/FUL The proposal is for the change of use of the ground floor of Unit 4 from vacant industrial/storage use to a sui generis pet cremation facility, together with the installation of an external flue at Unit 4, Woodfield House, Gravel Lane, Banks.
The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Acts 1981 applies.
2025/0760/FUL Introduction of a sliding sash window at second floor to the easterly facing elevation at 2 Burscough Street, Ormskirk. The application affects a Conservation Area.
2025/0766/FUL Application for the retention of 16 no. Caravans and ancillary washroom for the temporary housing of seasonal agricultural workers for a temporary period of 5 years at Agricultural Workers Caravans, Rydings Lane, Banks.
