Erection of a single storey extension at the rear following demolition of existing, replacement windows, rainwater goods & reduction of pipes on front elevation. Replacement of existing cement tiles with cotswold stone tiles, improved ventilation to bathrooms & installation of an air source heat pump (5,7).

S.25/1682/HHOLD Mr Russell, Pen Y Bryn, Slad. Erection of single storey side, rear extension to main house, first floor extension. Internal & external alterations to main house (2).

S.25/1571/HHOLD Mrs Robbins, Wedgewood, Windsoredge Lane, Nailsworth. Extend & raise ridgeline of front gable, new porch & car port extension to garage (2).

S.25/1582/LBC Mr Bailey, The George Stores, High Street, Bisley. Replacement of the upper rear door with a window. Use of the blocked lower window. Removal of window bars, terrace & rendering of the wall beneath. Installation of stairs & internal opening. Removal of the kitchen from the second floor (5,7).

S.25/1540/VAR Mr Parry, Land At Selsley Hill, Selsley. Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) from S.19/1829/FUL – alteration to design of farm building. (Retrospective) (7).

S.25/1584/FUL Mr Bailey, The George Stores, High Street, Bisley. Conversion of former village stores to a single dwelling (C3) (7).

S.25/1642/FUL Mr Williams, Stancombe Ash Farm, Calfway, Bisley. Erection of an agricultural barn (7).

S.25/1704/LBC Wrixen, Calder Cottage, Spring Hill, Nailsworth. Installation of replacement 22no. windows & 6no. doors (5,7).
