Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

Reason: Major Application, Setting of a listed building, Conservation Areas

CHE/25/00579/FUL - Demolition of existing outbuildings, improvements to rear beer garden including decking, pergola, enclosures & associated works at 13 West Bars, S40 1AQ. Reason: Conservation Areas, Setting of a listed building

CHE/25/00611/FUL - change of use from Class E (office) and Class C3 (maisonette) to House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis) comprising 9 en-suite bedrooms (12 occupants) & associated external alterations at 102 Saltergate, S40 1NE. Reason: Conservation Areas
