Application affects the setting of a Listed Building Application and a Conservation Area

25/P/0127/FUL - Proposed change of use from residential (C3) to a dental practice (E), works to include proposed erection of a two-storey rear extension, single-storey rear extension and alterations to the existing fenestration at 39 Old Church Road. Proposed roof extension and the conversion of both 39 and 41 Old Church Road, amalgamating the two properties to create a single enlarged dental practice at 39-41 Old Church Road, Clevedon.
