These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.
24/P/01158 Land at Ash Manor, Ash Green Road, Ash - Erection of 53 dwellings with associated vehicular and pedestrian access from Ash Green Road, parking and secure cycle storage, on site open space, landscape and ecology management and servicing (amended plans received 09.09.25).
25/P/01124 Land comprising of Hamilton Place, Hamilton Close and Hamilton Drive, Oregano Way, Guildford - Redevelopment for 49 residential dwellings (C3) and an 80-bed care home (C2), with associated access, infrastructure, car parking and landscaping following demolition of the existing student accommodation.
25/P/01184 Somerton, Ockham Road South, East Horsley - Erection of a detached two-storey dwelling and detached carport with access from Glendene Avenue following the demolition of existing car port and outbuildings.
25/P/01231 Pound House, Upper Street, Shere - Erection of an orangery garden room following demolition of existing conservatory.
