NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
Notice of Intention to Dispose of Public Open Space Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends to dispose of a parcel of land which extends to 0.42 acres (0.17 ha) or thereabouts excluding adjacent footways and forms part of Central Park, Kingsway, Scunthorpe. The Council intends to dispose of the land so it can grant a lease of the Baby Rainbow Memorial Gardens to Baby Rainbow Memorial Gardens (Charity Number:1203683). 

A plan showing the proposed site will be on display at the Council’s Church Square House Offices. It is requested that any objections or comments be received by the Council at the email or postal address below no later than 12th October 2025, after which any objections or comments will be duly considered by the Council.
