NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at 26b Watcombe Road, Bournemouth, BH6 3LU.
I give notice that Theresa Ferreira is applying to BCP Council for planning permission to convert an existing detached garage, into ancillary annexe accommodation.
Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at: Planning Services, BCP Council, Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY, by 1st October 2025
*“owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.
** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
