IP/25/00604/FUL 9 Didsbury Close. Change of use from a single dwellinghouse (Use Class C3) to a small-scale respite care facility for vulnerable adults (Use Class C2).
IP/25/00613/VC Ipswich Sports Club Henley Road. Variation of Conditions 1 and 3 of planning permission 24/00918/FUL (Erection of roof canopy and glass and fenced enclosure to existing tennis/padel courts, erection of 112sq metre extension to gym studio siting of shipping containers (containers - retrospective consent)) with amendment to approved drawings involving revised canopy design, and hours of use.

IP/25/00619/TALF Car Parking And Amenity Area 6 - 36 St Georges Street. Works to trees protected by TPO 2 of 1995: Reduce Silver Maple to previous pruning points in the upper section of the canopy by up to 3m. Raise the lower canopy of the tree to level with or above the top of highest windows at St George’s Court.
Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals
