ZF25/00994/HS  – Installation of replacement windows to front and rear in uPVC at 7 Horners Terrace Whitby YO22 4EJ for Mr Paul Thompson

ZF25/01007/FLA  – Variation of condition 1 (plans) in relation to 21/02955/FL to allow bathroom in place of external yard at Thordisa House East Row Sandsend Whitby YO21 3SU for Mr Ian Tippett

ZF25/00594/FL  – Change of use to hotel accommodation, external elevations alterations including replacement openings, first floor glass balustrade alterations and removal of fire escape staircase and the enlargement of bin storage area at Hopes And Beans 2 St Anns Staith Whitby YO21 3PW for Mr Richard Exley

The application can be viewed at www.northyorks.gov.uk. Anyone wishing to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days beginning with the date of this notice, NB: excluding any public holidays that occur within the consultation period. In the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission on a Householder Application or advertisement consent on an Advertisement Application there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
