REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Richborough, relating to the application to Thanet District Council for the outline planning application for the Outline application (with all matters reserved except for access) for the erection of up to 200no. dwellings, with access onto Cottington Road at Land Adjacent St Augustines Cross And North And South Of Cottington Road, Cliffsend, Kent, CT12 5LJ.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold a Public Inquiry, scheduled as an in-person event to be held at the Council Chamber opening at 10am on Wednesday 5th November 2025.

Wednesday 5th November 2025 to Thursday 6th November 2025
Tuesday 11th November 2025 to Thursday 13th November 2025

Members of the public may attend the inquiry in person and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
