The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

1.    Replacement of existing timber windows to ground and first floors at Rashid Rabbani Madni Jamia Masjid, Northgate, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2025/92325. The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2.    Planning Permission for change of use and alterations to museum, cart shed and barns to form 3 dwellings (Class C3) with associated landscaping and car parking and Listed Building Consent for change of use and alterations to convert existing museum, cart shed and barns to residential housing (Class C3), erection of extension to barn, landscaping and car parking at Red House Museum, Oxford Road, Gomersal, Cleckheaton.  Application Nos. 2025/92166 & 2025/92388. The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

3.    Change of use from dwelling (C3) to children’s home for up to 4 children at 66, Carlinghow Hill, Upper Batley, Batley.  Application No. 2025/92385.

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development

5.     Variation of condition 2 (plans and specifications) on previous permission 2023/91345 for erection of single storey building with roof top plant area to provide outpatient theatres, treatment rooms and consultant rooms with link to Boothroyd building, including demolition and remodelling of existing ramp and associated landscaping and drainage at Dewsbury and District Hospital, Halifax Road, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2025/92294.
