What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:
P25/S2632/HH Refurbishment of Grade II listed dwelling. Demolish existing side extension and replace with part two storey and part one storey side extension. Second floor replacement dormer and addition of a new dormer. Replacement of existing garage with a carport with storage space above. All existing windows to be replaced with double glazed units to match the detailing of existing. Gas heating system to be replaced with Air Source Heat Pump, and insulation upgrades to floors and ceilings where possible.
